We are constantly making improvements to our products, but we continually
need to know how we are doing. What we realize is that it
is real-world experience at customer sites that provides the best feedback
for us to ensure the human engineering and
technical quality of our products.
Beta Program We
invite your participation in our Beta test program. As a DocuQuest beta customer
you will be exposed to new releases months before availability. You
will also have direct input to our technical staff,
giving you an opportunity to influence future DocuQuest developments.

Feedback Contest for Trial Users As a
DocuQuest Personal trial user, you can qualify to receive the
regular version of DocuQuest personal for FREE.
What you need to do, after you evaluate the program,
is write up your experience and send it in an email
to
feedback@docuquest.com
. We will evaluate each response as to its quality
and objectivity, and each week select one respondent to receive a free copy of the
DocuQuest Personal software.
We are
interested in both positive and negative feedback. In fact, if
you have problems with the product, we really want to know about
them. If your report helps clear a major bug you will rate
high on our list, and it will help us get a fix for you
sooner.
